All of the hand lacquered windows and doors are double paned and filled with iroko argon gas. In the villa there is an alarm system that has sensors on the doors and windows, as well as a volumetric sensor. You can program the system via smartphone. The guesthouse was completely rebuilt from scratch. It has a wood load-bearing structure, with a Thomaholz 100 system (and has the same finishes, features and installations as the villa).
