The foundations are ventilated, to avoid damp problems; the roof is insulated, thus keeping a constant temperature in the house.

The Garden
The farmhouse is surrounded by a mature garden of 4.000 sq.m. With 90 olive trees, which produce – according to the season – around 200 kg of organic olive oil.

In fact, although not on the top of a hill, the valley opens completely in front of the house, revealing the gentle multicolour hills typical of region Marche: as a matter of facts, according to the season and the type of cultivation, the colours here change continuously.
The other great advantage is that, despite being immersed in the gentle and immaculate Marche countryside, in just 10 minutes you can reach Jesi, which is one of the largest towns in the province of Ancona, where you can find all kinds of services, as well as delicious restaurants.
Jesi is popular for being the birthplace of Frederick Ii of Swabia, with a strong cultural connotation (there are many museums and events in town) and for its strategic position halfway between the sea and the mountains.
