The property consists of a 250 m2 house, an accessory garage and storage room, with a 40 m2 loggia, and a 1500 m2 garden.

The ground floor is graced by several arched openings that divide the living spaces. There is a lot of glass and light here, particularly on the south-facing side of the house. On this floor there is a large eat-in kitchen, a large dining room and a sitting/sitting room, all with access to the outside, as well as a laundry/utility room and a WC.

Nearby is the town of Sant'Angelo in Pontano, a popular hill town, which is about 10 minutes away. The town has 2 supermarkets, 2 bars and 3 restaurants offers numerous fiestas, an active civic life and postcard views. In the other direction is lively Sarnano with its old town, shops, weekly market, restaurants and cafés.
The beaches and the Adriatic Sea can be reached in 50 minutes, while Ancona airport is 1 hour away.
