This apartment has a very spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, and is equipped with a separate kitchen. There are 3 large bedrooms and a new bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet. There is a private covered terrace in the garden where you can relax outside.

Located in the old granary, it has a bright living room with kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. There is a large double bedroom and a mezzanine accessible from the living room, with room for 2 single beds. During the long summer evenings it is wonderful to relax under the spacious private veranda. The apartment has 2 air conditioners for heating and cooling, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as a wood burning stove.
Apartment No. 4: A new apartment suitable for 4 people is located in the old barn, where olives, corn and grapes were harvested and stored depending on the season. The apartment has a spacious living room with open plan fully fitted with a cosy wood-burning stove. There is a terrace overlooking the rolling hills covered with olive trees. The apartment also has an attractive, spacious bedroom with patio doors to the terrace. Both the bedroom and the lounge/kitchen have air conditioning (heating and cooling).
Heating in the main house is via a new 35kw pellet stove. Two solar panels provide hot water. A new energy performance certificate is currently being prepared.
