Located just 10 minutes from Cortona, in an exclusive and panoramic area, stands a tower dating back to 1100 that preserves its historical value intact. From the very entrance of the property one is fascinated by the magnificence of this ancient fortified building that over the centuries has been converted into a residence. The tower covers about 400 square meters and four levels. A large oak door leads to the ground floor where the old cellars, with their characteristic stone floors and vaulted ceilings, have been preserved in their originality. The apartment is on three levels and is accessed by a convenient external staircase. In its current state we have a large entrance hall, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor. Going up to the second floor we find a dining room characterized by an ancient fireplace, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third and last floor is the fourth bedroom, a bathroom and a large multipurpose room. Surrounding the main building are numerous buildings for an additional 230 square meters. Leaning against the tower we have a tavern with kitchen of 42 sqm and a lemon house of 35 sqm. Access is very easy as it is not far from major roads and from here it is possible to easily reach Rome, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Perugia and more generally every place in Umbria and Tuscany. In just over 2 hours it is possible to reach multiple airports including Rome Fiumicino.
