Water: comes from a 3500 liter Roman well. The source has a flow rate of 3/3.5 m3/day. The well
it is served by a single-phase pump which fills a 5 m3 tank. The tank, basement, through
a three-phase pump with inverter feeds the irrigation circuit and 2 tanks of 5 m3 in the basement
of the house principal. Before entering the tanks, the water is filtered with two filters in series e
sterilized with Uv lamp. From the tanks the "clean" water, through a three-phase group with inverter,
is introduced into the circuit of the house. Main and, in parallel, returns towards the appurtenance and the annex
to serve the related circuits. Before feeding the tanks, the plant also needs 10 water points
distributed to allow easy irrigation of the "cultivated" area. At the time of making the
well the analysis of the water was carried out which proved to be excellent from a "mineral" point of view and free of
bacteriological contamination.
Electricity: the complex is served by a three-phase line with a nominal power of 10 kW. The three-phase line serves the main house and the annex. In the relevance there is only the 220 V.
Tv: the satellite dish is already installed in the main house while it is set up in the annex.
Services: in the main house there are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, both with
shower. In the annex there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink. The relevance has no bathroom but yes
