The small, also completely restored, natural stone building was formerly used for drying chestnuts. It is about 30 m², has a veranda and is used today as showroom, sales point and reception.
The large natural stone building has also been completely renovated and provides on the upper floor a large room with very beautiful natural stone walls and open kitchen, a bathroom and a sauna. It is used for meetings, courses, fitness, breakfast etc.
The ground floor has just been completed and has a fruit processing facility, storage room, changing room and bathroom.
Both the ground floor and the upper floor offer approx. 120 m², the upper floor consists of approx. 100 m² living space and 20 m² terrace.
The swimming pool close to the ensemble measures 12 x 6 m and is equipped with a sea salt system and cleaning robot.
The riding ground is illuminated and has an irrigation system.
The surrounding land consists of 13.7 ha with approx. 1.5 ha orchard with more than 500 fruit trees, 1 ha Igp spelt, 7 ha forest, 3 ha pastures, 0.2 ha vegetables, 1 ha riding ground and parking spaces.
The processing of the farm's own fruit (mainly apples) consists of three rooms, dedicated to processing, packaging and storage, equipped with devices for cold drying, quick freezing, refrigerator, cutting machine, vacuum machine, precision scales, tables with base units, open tables, washing tanks and hand basins, all in professional stainless steel quality. The rooms are heated by a panel heating system.
Irrigation system with 10 distribution points and private tank with about 3.000 gallons.
The two photovoltaic units have an output of 10.2 kW and 5.5 kW with state financing until 2027 and 2031 respectively.
