The location is very private, but close to the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (12 min.) and the railway station (10 min.). Rome and Florence can be reached in 1.30/2 hours. To get to the house, there are 2.2 km of dirt road surrounded by meadows and centuries-old oaks, and as you drive along it you have a lovely view. Within a 30-minute drive are beautiful towns such as Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Orvieto and Perugia.
