More than 2,200 olive trees of four of the best varieties, produce up to 4,500 liters of fragrant, organically certified evo oil, depending on the year. The beating heart of the farm is a medieval stone hamlet dominated by a villa, the farmer's former manor house, on three story above a characteristic inner courtyard, and including six apartments of various types, from one to five bedrooms, all in rustic Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, fireplaces, and arches when in stone when in brick. Next to the villa four buildings are dedicated to agricultural activity and tourist hospitality. The first building includes the winery facility, fully equipped for winemaking and aging, along with a tasting room and offices. A second building is designed with multi-purpose halls, one more than 90 square meters (968 sq ft) large, and with also a gym and cabin rooms.
