The case Leonori are a farmhouse with four guest apartments for up to 20 guests, a large apartment for the owner, pool, park-like garden and plenty of potential for further expansion. The operation has all permits and is recognized as organic farm.
The case Leonori consist of three House parts, u-enclosing a courtyard open to the South. Building on the land is permitted only in the framework of existing capacity and the conversion of agricultural buildings for residential or commercial purposes is reserved for farmers. Facilities:
The building of case Leonori were renovated extensively in recent years while maintaining the original character and now present themselves in their rural simple beauty. With massive stone walls, Coppi roofs, twisted beams, brick floors and traditional "Cotto"-floors.

The entire home automation was designed to work optimally for two, both for (more than) 20 people. Location:
The case Leonori are about 30 km inland of Ancona, above the historic town of Treia, on a South oriented terrace, with fantastic panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea to the Sibillini mountains and hills and hillock far in the South. Access is via a paved road, the last 200 m above a level nature road, which ends at the House. The next door neighbor is about 200 m away.

The case Leonori opened officially as Agriturismo four years ago and may have since then an increasing number of guests. All necessary permits are available (what usually takes years in Italy) for building and rental. The industry is also listed on various rental platforms with positive feedback and has a professional, own website.
