Beautiful shops and galleries, a supermarket, greengrocers, butchers and many bars and restaurants. Churches, a monastery and museums. There is also plenty of youth – from children to high school and university students.

Apartment No.2: A 2-person apartment on the ground floor of the main farmhouse. It has a cosy living room with a fireplace and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet as well as a spacious double bedroom. In front of the apartment is a private terrace with a veranda, alovely place to dine with beautiful views over the valley.
Apartment No. 3: A new apartment suitable for 4 people. All natural and white, it is luxurious and comfortable. Located in the old granary, it has a bright living room with kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. There is a large double bedroom and a mezzanine accessible from the living room, with room for 2 single beds. During the long summer evenings it is wonderful to relax under the spacious private veranda. The apartment has 2 air conditioners for heating and cooling, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as a wood burning stove.
Apartment No. 4: A new apartment suitable for 4 people is located in the old barn, where olives, corn and grapes were harvested and stored depending on the season. The apartment has a spacious living room with open plan fully fitted with a cosy wood-burning stove. There is a terrace overlooking the rolling hills covered with olive trees. The apartment also has an attractive, spacious bedroom with patio doors to the terrace. Both the bedroom and the lounge/kitchen have air conditioning (heating and cooling).
Heating in the main house is via a new 35kw pellet stove. Two solar panels provide hot water. A new energy performance certificate is currently being prepared.
The asking price refers to the property in its current state. Most of the furniture is for sale by separate agreement.
