Meticulous restoration has created eight apartments within the villa, 16 bedrooms in total, along with the loggia, a studio/office and some rooms for storage use on the ground floor. In the basement, the former refectory is a banqueting room with three central arches with exposed brick and a fireplace, a perfect tavern equipped with a kitchen, access to the garden and a bathroom. The former barn, a slightly separate building, has been converted into two additional apartments, both housing two bedrooms. The fully fenced park include a swimming pool, a tennis court, a small vineyard planted with white grapes and an olive grove.
