The whole garden of 6,000 square meters is a set of gravel paths, surrounded by hedges and interspersed with pines, olive trees and other plants typical of the place.
Elements of outdoor furniture such as walls, fountains, jars, benches create a very quiet and relaxing environment.
Behind the buildings a large football field has been built.
Use and potential
Casale Piceno is ideal both as a main residence and as a holiday home. The presence of three independent residential buildings makes the property ideal also for tourist accommodation use, thanks to the possibility of living in a part of it, renting the remaining one.
