The brands
All of Italy in one region
Not as well known as Tuscany or Umbria are Le Marche (the Marche - by the way the only region of Italy in the plural) in the north of Rimini as the end of Emilia-Romagna until they pass at the height of San Benedetto del Tronto in the south into Abruzzo. Tuscany and Umbria border them in the west.
The capital and most famous place of the Marches, as they are called in German, is Ancona with its large port. The narrow coastal strip is densely populated, here all major arteries run side by side. But it is also the strip with the magnificent sandy beaches, where in summer the tourists, mainly Italian, romp. The beach has been spared from the building sins of other tourist resorts, it makes rather a natural-cozy impression.
A few kilometres inland begins the hilly landscape that characterizes most of the Marches. It is agricultural area, vineyards and olive groves characterize an area with medieval towns and secluded farms. Again and again you notice the calanchi, those bright steep incisions in the landscape.
The majority of our properties are located in this region. Here the prices are lower than directly on the coast, the life of 'Italian' and you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility here.
Most of our case is no more than 20 minutes by car to the beach. A large part of the beach is now freely usable, just sunbed and parasol in the car and enjoy a few hours of sea. Bathing season is in the Marche from mid-June to mid-September, but even in August, the traditional Italian holiday month, you will always find a place to relax.
When all tourists are back home, you have the beach for yourself in autumn, you can take a tour on the numerous existing bike paths or walk extensively directly on the beach. Or make yourself comfortable in the newly acquired property. Or you can visit one of the many 'sagre' in the summer.
Accessibility of southern brands
You can easily reach the Marche via Ancona or Pescara airports
Ancona is also the bus stop for numerous bus routes from almost all cities in Germany.
The nearest railway statation for travel to the southern Marche is San Benedetto del Tronto.
By car through highway to exit Grottammare or San Benedetto. Almost the entire route has now been rebuilt on three lanes.
Rome can be easily reached by bus or by car, only about 220 km away.

All items of daily needs can be found in the nearest town, here there is almost always the local bank as well as a post office.
