In the large living room on the first floor there is also a wood-burning stove also from the Nordic style. For hot water there is a vaillant "emptying" solar thermal system with a 250 liter boiler. Sanitary water system The system is made for four bathrooms, two kitchens and external taps. Water is supplied by the municipal aqueduct and passes through a salt softening system located in the technical room upstream of all users and internal circuits.
