The sea is less than a half-hour drive away.
The property was completely renovated in 2004, with earthquake-resistant structural components and a renewed exterior facade in 2025. The house has a triple orientation, mainly facing south, and the enclosed garden is screened on the north and west sides, featuring a stone well and an automatic irrigation system. Ground floor: living/dining room, eat-in kitchen with adjoining laundry/ironing room, bathroom and wardrobe, two storage rooms with separate entrances, one of which has two windows (suitable for conversion into a bedroom). An energy-saving system has also been installed, consisting of a vented wood stove with convection heating, which can heat the entire home without consuming gas. The fireplace is set in an authentic stone mantelpiece with an artistic frieze and bas-reliefs. On the upper floor, there is another traditional fireplace, and in the kitchen, another for cooking/grilling over charcoal or wood. Locally manufactured terracotta lighting fixtures by the brand "Beatrice". The bathrooms are furnished with wrought iron accessories and mirrors. In the hallway stands a sandstone washbasin crafted by stonemason Natalia Gasparucci from Sant'Ippolito. The window sills in the kitchen are made of blue marble.
