House with garden - We are in Joannis, a characteristic Friulian village between Palmanova and Aiello and I propose this cozy single-family house. The owners have undertaken a renovation project that they have partially completed, thus leaving some rooms unfinished with part of the systems already prepared. On the ground floor we enter the large entrance hall and on the right there is the dining room, the project involves the construction of a kitchen in a part of the current cellar and a bathroom, in the area now used as a kitchenette.
