The relevant land has an area of 4,500sqm, partly consisting of a large tree-lined garden, a courtyard with parking area, a large terrace covered with shading sheets with panoramic views of the hills and especially of the splendid olive grove consisting of 90 13-year-old olive trees.
The house has an area of 350sqm divided over two floors connected by an external staircase, typical of Marche rural buildings, but also by a large internal staircase that starts from the entrance hall.
