Closer by is a "commercial centre with supermarkets and other shops" and of course a good Cappuccino. Both houses have been beautifully renovated in a traditional Tuscan villa style and there they are in splendid isolation with pool, olive grove, large garden and spectacular view of Val di Chiana. Private parking, bocce and it is strategically positioned between Cortona, Siena and Florence and only 15 minutes away from the centre of Arezzo. Mountain bike / hiking trails right next door. Stylish bed rooms overlooking the forest, valley and olive grove with 65 trees. Living room, dining area & kitchen are present in both homes.
Short term rental is already practiced and the guests are really enthusiastic about the bees in the trees, the birds, the wood, the water from the spring nearby. Perfect connection with nature. As a matter of fact, the villas are accessible via a steep 3km white road through the forest, not too suitable for cars which are very low on the road. First time bit of an adventure but then it quickly grows on you and so it was experienced by the tourists.
Water comes from a spring above in the mountain and is taken from an own well, heating is gpl gas and of course there is electricity.
