A Tuscan village located on the hills in the Tiber Valley at 700 meters above sea level, immersed in the land of its own 112 hectares, with agritourism activity of 60 beds plus 9 apartments.
The property was built with attention to the green economy. The structure is equipped with three photovoltaic systems, two solar and two biomass thermal power plants.
The water used is proprietary spring water. There are three springs and a pond fed by one of them.
The farm is organic: some land is cultivated with cereals (with anti-wild boar and wolf fences) and others with vegetables. In addition, there are a hundred fruit plants of various kinds.
The village consists of 14 buildings including 6 habitable, 2 large stables (one for cattle / goat sheep and the other for horses), 1 shed for equipment and hay, 3 reception facilities and multifunctional rooms, 1 consecrated church and 1 oven.
Currently the stables house an alpaca and llama farm of about a hundred heads.
There is a restaurant with a fully equipped kitchen and various rooms and cellars.
