Historic Charm and Endless Potential: A Taurisano Gem in Salento

To the rhythm of Pizzica we descend into the splendid reality of Taurisano, we are in the province of Lecce and precisely in Salento, an area waiting to be discovered with ancient churches, farms, dry stone buildings scattered in the countryside surrounding the ancient palaces of the local aristocracy.
The property that we show you today is located in the characteristic historic center and enjoys a very favorable geographical position, especially for summer tourism; in fact it is a few kilometers from the most popular seaside resorts: Torre S. Giovanni, Gallipoli, S. Maria di Leuca.
The corner house directly overlooks Corso Umberto, one of the main streets of the town and with its two floors is well inserted in a reality made up entirely of buildings of the same size.
It is currently a single apartment with a large study on the ground floor, a garage, a multipurpose room, a small bathroom and a cellar, but it could become either a commercial business to generate income or a first independent apartment.
