Its 87 kilometres of coastline give rise to splendid oases of sand wedged between the sea and rocks, forming one of the most enchanting seascapes in the Mediterranean.

There are only 8 units in the residence. There are no fixed costs, property management is possible on request. The entrance to the apartment on the 1st floor is reached via the wide, bright staircase. As you enter the spacious living area, you are immediately mesmerised by the stunning panoramic view. The living room in combination with the terrace directly in front of it creates a very large, bright space thanks to the uniform light-coloured tiling and the 3m sliding door. The spacious covered panoramic terrace offers comfortable space for cosy dining and relaxing or for digital work, 300 days a year thanks to the mild climate. The high ceiling of 2,70 gives the flat its own charm and spaciousness. There is also a kitchenette in the living room. We enter the sleeping area, which is separated from the living area by a door. The two double bedrooms have large windows with. The main bathroom has a large shower, washbasin, Wc, bidet, connection for washing machine and a window. The second bathroom has a small washbasin and Wc.
Innovative fan coil units with an attractive design are installed in each room as a heating and cooling system. The unit has a private heat pump. The private car park is located in front of the residence and has a device for charging the electric car. The apartment has all the electrical and plumbing lines independent and from the other units and therefore there are no fixed or management costs.There is the possibility of acquiring a cellar.
