Entering from the ground floor we find the two large living areas, one obtained from the old stable and the other from the old porch adjacent to the structure, there is also a bedroom with service also for the ground floor and the spacious kitchen as well as a lovely wine cellar on the floor under the stairs.
Going upstairs we find 4 more bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, all with large windows and wi-fi. The property includes annexes used as greenhouses and sheds, the technical room is part of the main structure but with an external entrance.
STATE AND FINISHES
The property is in excellent condition, having been well maintained over the years and recently renovated. The boiler is powered by both gas, biomass, wood and pellets, allowing excellent versatility, the panels generate domestic hot water in the summer months, however the house enjoys excellent thermal resistance while minimizing consumption.
