Externally, the sewage system for wastewater, rainwater, water supply, and electricity lines have all been completely re-installed.
The ancient stone pavement remains around the farmyard, which is rare, where the agricultural work was originally carried out.
There is also a well that can supply water to the property, which is particularly useful should the prospective buyer consider installing a pool.
The pertinent garden could be cut out around the building to a size of approximately 4000 square meters (included in the price). If desired, more than one hectare would be possible regarding this, with further negotiation to be defined.
